Special Needs Billing began in January 2002. Our son has Autism and is being served via the HCBS/MRDD Medicaid Waiver. He is benefiting from the self-directed services he receives and the self-selected staff he receives them from. We are committed to providing a competitive independent billing source to facilitate self-directed choice options for other families with dependents eligible to receive supportive home care services.

SNB LLC offers the following: • Billing for individuals who are self-directed and receiving funds via the HCBS/MRDD waiver for the following services: - Supportive Home Care - Temporary Respite - Personal Assistant Services • Billing for individuals who are self-directed and receiving funds via the HCBS/TA waiver for the following services: - Personal Assistant Services • Provide application packets for prospective staff • Perform background checks of prospective staff • Payroll service - Paychecks - Deductions - Tax records (W-2, etc.) • Worker’s Compensation Insurance
